![]() ![]() I love books written by David Walliams and thought this one was really funny. The Queen flashes her Union Jack knickers to everyone at the end of her speech, he thinks the Queen is a gangsta like his granny. Ben was sad that his granny was going to leave him, at the end of the book the Queen made her Christmas Day speech and mentioned Ben and Granny accidentally. Granny had been in hospital but told Ben she was fine, after meeting the Queen she told Ben she had cancer and wouldn’t live till Christmas. Granny had to explain she wasn’t really an international jewel thief and had made the stories up so Ben wouldn’t think she was boring. They planned to take the Crown Jewels and went to The Tower of London but when they got there they met the Queen. Ben didn’t like the dinners Granny made so he would sneak a cookie but one day he found jewels and thought his Granny was a gangsta. His mum and dad would drop off their son (Ben) so they can watch Strictly Stars Dancing. She only knitted Ben jumpers for Christmas. Granny would always spit on her tissue and wipe Ben’s face with it. The things he hated most about Granny is: 1. This book is about a boy named Ben and he hated going his Granny’s house. I recommend that you read this book to find out more. The worst of it was, that the ‘Fings’ were not only trashing the house, but also the street. He returned home just to find that Myrtle had bought one from the pet shop. He spent months there and just as he was about to give up, he found one. Myrtle’s Father, the unlucky one, had to go to the jungle. The found out that a ‘Fing’ is a creature only found in the deepest, darkest jungle. Whilst Myrtle was at school, the Meeks had to check every book in the library, in search information about a ‘Fing’. One day, Myrtle demanded something nobody had ever heard of, a ‘Fing’. Myrtle did not allow them to stop and if they did, Myrtle forced them to pick her back up. This makes their backs hurt so much that they needed to stop. Mrs and Mrs Meek have to carry Myrtle to school. Mr and Mrs Meek are forced to give their little girl, Myrtle, whatever she wants. ![]() Mr Meek works at a library and so does Mrs Meek. Her parents, Mr and Mrs Meek, are very nice. It is about a monstrous little girl who demands everything. This is probably my favourite David Walliams book. Ned and his sister went on to live as a happy family. She apologised to Ned for all the tricks she had played on him. Ned and slime went to the woods and saw his sister with his wheelchair. Once Ned had returned home his sister was not there neither was his wheelchair. Ned visited these places to annoy and hoped they would not be mean again. Ned told the bird that his evil aunt owned mulch and she had hired lots of nasty people who were mean to the children and he said he wanted to go to all of the nasty people to teach them a lesson.įirst he went to the toy shop owner then to the school and finally to the ice cream ? van. Ned said a bird ? and then the mixture turned into a bird ? and took Ned out of the window and said where do you want to go next. Ned said who are you and then the mixture said I am what you want me to be. Ned scavenged the house for more jars, once he found them he mixed them in the bath ? and to his surprise it turned into a talking goey mixture. It read, Neds bday suprise!!! Ned’s sister collected lots of horrible things and was going to put them into the bath ? then pour water over and then bubbles. ![]() Ned quietly snook into his sister’s room and opened his sister’s diary. He read the labels on the jars and it read pig ? burps and bumblebee sick. One night ? the brother got up to use the bathroom, as he walked out of his room, he saw lots of jars under his bed. The sister was very mean and was always playing tricks on her brother who used a wheelchair. The boy and the girl were brother and sister. In a tiny cottage on the tiny island of mulch lived a little boy named Ned a little girl and their parents. ![]()
